The full IP address will only be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there in exceptional cases. On behalf of cleverheads, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the Platform, compiling reports on website activity and providing cleverheads with other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google will not associate the IP address sent by your browser with any other data held by Google. You may refuse the storage of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings in your browser. However, please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of the Platform. Additionally, you can prevent Google from collecting or processing the data generated by the cookie concerning your use of the Platform (including your IP address) by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de. Please note that on the Platform, Google Analytics has been modified with the code ‘gat._anonymizeIp();’ in order to ensure the anonymised collection of IP addresses (known as IP masking).
